i have tried many times to use custom frames but time and time again i come back to defalt blizard frames (with few tweaks) not seen here but im also using CLIQUE (best addon ever)

Jeeze, what resolution are you running at? that's a shit ton of screen real estate!  I used to have it all fancy, custom bars custom everything, sadly though i got tired of updating them, or finding new ones when they discontinued working on them. So i bit the bullet and now rock the standard UI with a tonne of keybindings everywhere. I use Prat, Xperl, CLique (fucking awesome mod, used it on priest and now continued on mage). mm buncha other shit too.
